Women's Wellness Strength Class
Build strength, confidence and feel good in your body.
Our Women’s Wellness Strength Class is designed to help women feel stronger, more confident and more comfortable with resistance training in a supportive environment.
Sessions focus on building and maintaining strength, improving movement quality and supporting long-term physical wellbeing. This can be especially valuable through menopause and through different stages of life, helping you stay active, capable and confident in everyday life.
Whether you’re new to strength training, returning after a break or looking to maintain your strength for the future, our coaches will help you develop good technique and progress at a pace that feels right for you.
It’s a welcoming, encouraging class with no pressure to keep up with anyone else — just the opportunity to move well, feel stronger and enjoy training as part of a supportive group.

Introduction to Circuits
A supportive starting point for building your fitness.
Introduction to Fitness Circuits is ideal if you’re new to exercise, returning after a break or looking to build your confidence before joining our regular circuit sessions.
You’ll be introduced to a range of accessible strength, cardiovascular and functional exercises at a manageable pace, with plenty of guidance from our coaches. You’ll learn how each movement works, how to exercise safely and how to work at an intensity that suits you.
The sessions are designed to improve general fitness, strength and stamina while helping you feel more comfortable and confident with circuit-style training.

Circuits
Full-body training that keeps you moving.
Our Fitness Circuits combine strength, cardiovascular and functional exercises to create a varied and enjoyable full-body workout.
You’ll move through a series of exercise stations, working at your own level while being encouraged to challenge yourself and progress over time. Exercises can be adapted where needed, making the sessions suitable for a range of abilities and experience levels.
Each session is different, helping to keep training interesting while improving strength, stamina and overall conditioning in a friendly and motivating group environment.
Family Circuit Sessions
Fun, active sessions for the whole family.
Our Family Fitness Circuits are designed to help adults and children get active together in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment.
Sessions combine a variety of strength, cardiovascular and functional exercises, with everyone encouraged to work at a level that suits them. Exercises can be adapted for different ages and abilities, making the class a great way to build fitness, confidence and healthy habits together.
The focus is on moving, having fun and enjoying being active as a family rather than competition. It’s a great opportunity to spend quality time together, try something new and help children develop confidence in movement and exercise from an early age.
Adults can still enjoy a worthwhile workout while encouraging and supporting their children throughout the session. No previous experience is needed, and our coaches will guide everyone through each exercise.
Suitable for adults and children aged 5 and over. Children must take part with a responsible adult.
Children's Circuit Sessions
Little Lifters | Ages 5–9
Building strong bodies, confident movers and a love of being active.
Little Lifters is a fun and supportive session designed to help children develop strength, coordination, balance and confidence through age-appropriate exercise.
Sessions use a mixture of games, bodyweight movements, light resistance and simple fitness activities to help children learn how their bodies move while keeping exercise enjoyable and engaging. Our coaches focus on good movement, encouragement and giving every child the chance to take part at their own level.
The aim is to build strong foundations, develop confidence and help children see being active as something positive and fun.
Junior Lifters | Ages 10–15
Building strength, confidence and great training habits.
Junior Lifters introduces young people to strength and fitness training in a safe, positive and supportive environment.
Sessions focus on learning good technique, developing strength and improving movement, coordination and overall fitness through a variety of age-appropriate exercises. Young people are encouraged to work at their own level and progress gradually as their confidence and ability develop.
The emphasis is on moving well and learning how to train properly rather than lifting the heaviest weight. Junior Lifters helps young people build confidence, develop positive exercise habits and gain skills they can carry with them into later life.
